• Images are provided for portfolio use by both parties

Grant of Rights

You grant the photographer a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use photographs taken during the session for:

• Portfolio display
• Website and online galleries
• Social media promotion
• Non-commercial artistic use

Restrictions

Images will not be used for:

• Pornographic or explicit purposes
• Defamatory or misleading contexts
• Commercial advertising without additional written agreement

NSFW Content

If the shoot includes artistic nude or NSFW content:

• All such content will be discussed and agreed upon in advance
• You may withdraw consent for specific poses or concepts at any time
• Images will be clearly labeled as NSFW when published

No Obligation

The photographer is not obligated to publish or deliver any specific image.

By submitting this form, you affirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• The information provided is accurate
• You are legally able to enter this agreement
• You understand this release becomes effective only if a shoot occurs
